Done pretending you’re fine?
I hold space for adults who have spent their lives caring for others, feel disconnected from themselves, their inner wisdom, or sense of purpose. Together, we move beyond survival mode and create space for regulation, clarity, alignment, and purpose.
I have a complicated relationship with the word healing.
In the spirit of transparency, I want to be upfront with you: I have a complicated relationship with the word healing.
Not because I don’t believe in it, but because the way we talk about it often misses the truth.
Healing rarely moves in a straight line or arrives as a final destination. It unfolds over time as people reconnect with themselves, their stories, and the parts of their lives that have shaped them.
Healing is not a finish line - it is a befriending of your truest self.
In our work together, healing is approached as a process of integration. We slow down enough to notice what has been carried in the body, in relationships, and in the deeper layers of experience.
Through curiosity, compassion, and presence, you begin to develop a different relationship with your thoughts, emotions, memories, and inner world so that more choice, clarity, and steadiness become possible.
Safety and the nervous system come first.
Our work begins by helping your nervous system experience a sense of safety and stability.
When the body feels supported, it becomes easier to notice sensations, emotions, and memories without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
Together, we pay attention to how your nervous system moves through activation, regulation, and rest, learning how to respond to those shifts with awareness and care.
Over time, this builds the capacity to stay present with your experience and respond to life with greater steadiness, flexibility, and self-trust.

Regulated Intuitive Processing Therapy™
Introducing
RIPT is the framework that guides my work.
At its core, RIPT helps people move beyond survival mode by building nervous-system regulation, self-awareness, and trust in their own inner wisdom.
Rather than forcing change, we create space for greater clarity, connection, and lasting integration.
Ways we can work together.
While RIPT serves as the framework that guides my work, I draw from a variety of complementary and alternative interventions, evidence-informed practices, and empirically supported treatment approaches depending on your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
+ Somatic Therapy, including Hypnotherapy
+ EMDR
+ Spiritual Integration
+ Reiki
These integrations are held within the RIPT framework, which emphasizes nervous-system regulation, meaning-making, spiritual integration, and soul-centered care.
Meet Mallory
I am the therapist people come to when they decide they are done pretending they are fine.
My work is grounded in a framework I developed called RIPT (Regulated Intuitive Processing Therapy™), which was born from both professional experience and my own personal journey.
Over time, I found myself asking deeper questions about healing, regulation, intuition, and the ways people learn to reconnect with themselves. RIPT emerged from those questions and continues to guide the work I do with clients today.
